WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.
Due to COVID-19, our delivery schedule has been amended and will take place only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Delivery time vary between the services you choose and your location and we are not able to provide a specific time for the delivery of your order.
For COVID-19 measures, we regret that we cannot accommodate instant couriers or pick up at this moment.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
At the moment, all deliveries are made through our local courier JNE.
At the moment our developer is experiencing issues with JNE Trucking (economy option) availability - if this is the option you wish to choose, please contact us and we'll create a specific shipping pricing customized for your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Our packages are oversized and bulky.
If you have specific delivery instructions (i.e. for our couriers to leave at the front door upon delivery if no one is home) please let us know in the Notes section at Cart Page.
Notify us under 'Order Notes' of specific dates for your order to be shipped on - should attempted delivery fails and your package is returned to us, additional shipping charge will be incurred to you.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification on your tracking number.
